The Super Mario Galaxy Movie - Though Personally I Prefer The Original, This Is Still A Fun Sequel and Should Please Fans of The Games

This movie already had its advance ticket sales in Indonesia since around 2 weeks ago, and my wife and I had bought them for yesterday's show for quite a while. Hence we were able to see this movie on its first day of release which was quite rare for us. Without further ado, here's more on the film.

Brief Story Line

After the events of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Mario (Chris Pratt -Mercy, Onward etc) and his brother Luigi (Charlie Day - Honey, Don't!, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia TV series etc) continued their plumbing business where they later met & befriended young dinosaur called Yoshi (Donald Glover - Mufasa: The Lion King, Community TV series etc) during one of their job. Meanwhile Bowser Jr. (Benny Safdie - Happy Gilmore 2, The Curse TV series etc) who followed in the footstep of his father Bowser (Jack Black - Anaconda 2025 reboot, Kung Fu Panda 4 etc) was trying to free him and plan to dominate the universe.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie - A Fun Adventure Movie that Should Satisfy for Fans of the Hugely Popular Games from Nintendo

This movie had been on my radar since few weeks ago when its trailer appeared more and more in the cinemas. So when it was finally released, my wife who is a fan of the game the movie was based on, did not need encouragement to see it with me. We saw this yesterday at the cinema nearest to our home. And now lets get to the movie.

Brief Story Line

Mario (Chris Pratt - The Tomorrow War, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom etc) and his brother Luigi (Charlie Day - Pacific Rim Uprising, The Lego Movie etc) just started their own plumbing business in Brooklyn. When they were working on some plumbing problem, both of them were somehow transported through pipes into different world, but unfortunately they were separated. While Luigi was trapped in Dark Kingdom ruled by Bowser (Jack Black - Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Shallow Hal etc) the king of Koopa, Mario arrived at the Mushroom Kingdom led by Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy -Amsterdam, Glass etc).
